The guy really listen to me ensured me they would handle all my concerns, and of course I would end up happy with the work. They came to do the initial on-site walk through, which is done prior to installation. Our guy didn't speak any English (not to be that person). He couldn't answer any of or question, he was asking us questions we couldn't understand, measuring things and what have you. Me and my husband were really concerned that the language barrier was going to cause issue with the installation. AND WE WERE RIGHT! I immediately called stating my concerns with the language barrier and how we couldn't understand anything and we want to make sure things will be done right. The bill came in double, and the work was adequate at best. I tried to work with the owner to come to an agreement. I asked him to come out and look at the work to justify the cost. He said he was "a busy man". I asked for an itemized list for the ridiculous parts bill. He said," that isn't done". Don't be fooled by previous positive reviews, this is a NEW OWNER.
