"I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

"Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. "Matt Skubiz team from Dream Home Exteriors did a phenomenal job. My roof required a double tear off and partial plywood underlayment replacement. His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well.
