I met with John Labbe Jr., the principle of the company, and explained the problems I was having with both of my sliding glass doors. My house is a 1980s vintage home located in Regency Oaks Sub, so these doors have been serving various families over the last 35 years, probably without any service on them whatsoever. John went quietly to work on my doors, on an extremely hot and humid Florida morning, took the doors out, did a thorough cleaning of the rails, replaced the wheels, adjusted the lock mechanisms, and reinstalled the doors in their tracks and finally called me to feel the difference in how the doors slid on the tracks and operated in general. Much to my delight, I could now open and close my door with the touch of a finger, where before I had to forcefully push the whole door which essentially was riding on the rail, metal to metal and was a struggle to open and close.
