This was a difficult job involving the demolition of a dock that was under water during part of the day, the retro-fitting of deck supports partially under water, the repair of a boat lift involving dis-assembly and aluminum welding, and then reassembly, building a new deck and painting. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

The unit was installed in the attic and they added plywood to make access to the unit easier to access. Both answered all my questions both politely and professionally. I would absolutely have them back to do work on my home. When Pasco county inspection wanted additional wood braces for the air plenums TJ and Mike came back and quickly did the additional work Pasco county required."
