"A little hard to rate a company when we've had two days of services in three days and the experiences were drastically different. We had a phenomenal crew today. Gina, James and Li'i are the BEST! This is a sensitive issue as my clients flew back on island after over a decade to close out their parent's estate. Limited to less than a few days on island, clearing the home was their only priority. Gina, James and Li'i were sensitive to the situation, compassionate, respectful and incredibly efficient. Our last crew wasted so much space in the trucks, charged for full truck loads, and quite honestly, unprofessional as they rummaged through my client's belongings. Gina, James and Li'i were able to clear out 3x the amount of items in the house than the last crew in the same amount of time. The only reasons I'm leaving stars off this review is because of all the incessant calls team lead was receiving and overall response from management and other teams. They were over booked. Disgruntled customers were constantly calling. With proper scheduling, Gina could have been focusing on the job rather than wasting time trying to put out fires. I have to say, hearing her speak to these angry customers on the phone, she was understanding, kind and professional. Takes a special person to calmly speak to someone professionally as they're yelling at you. Kudos to Gina! After almost eight long hours with us, they had to do 4 more jobs. Had more staff been available, as well as another truck, maybe not quadruple booking the same timeframe, maybe our job may have been further along. Needless to say, we don't blame our crew for the issues. They really were the saving grace for the day. I just wish we not only had this crew the first day but could request them for any future services. Shoot if this crew was there the first day, I have no doubt the full job could have been done by today. This team was great and if you insist on using this company's services, request these folks. They'll take care of you. Our previous teams and following services would have gotten negative star ratings overall."
