He took the time to go over the details with me and my Dad, which made my Dad feel very comfortable. His quote was quite reasonable and so he penciled in the project schedule for some time in October. October 18, Joshua and his team showed up ready to work right on time. On day 1, Joshua power washed the structures, removing the grime and old paint. On day 2, Josh and his team came out to mask, patch, caulk, replace trim pieces and later paint. The exterior painting project came out amazing. They did a very good job cleaning up afterward. My Dad was very happy with the outcome.
