I call this company for an estimate on installing a ceiling fan and received a $14,000 quote (Gold package) to have the whole home re-wired/updated. How did I get this whacky quote from simple ceiling fan installation? I had electrical work performed 2-3 years ago, so I know a complete re-wiring wasn't needed. Perhaps one or two items revisited, but certainly nothing major (i.e. whole-home). Be wise about your home repairs my fellow consumers folks. Just because a repair guy says you need something extra or in addition, doesn't mean it's true. Always get three estimates. I had my ceiling fan installed for $125"

My service person was Elijah, who was so very competent, professional and courteous. I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. He installed two electrical outlets outside my home and converted a motion sensor floodlight to a dusk to dawn one. He explained everything he was doing and made sure that I understood. He intervened when he heard the other technician give us incorrect and misleading information. He then advised the other tech how to accomplish what we wanted, in the manner we wanted. His intervention cost us extra, which he advised us, up front, but it was worth it! Had he not intervened we would have paid so much more later. He did a wonderful job on our recessed lights, placing them exactly where the boss (aka my wife) wanted them. She was tickled pink with his knowledge and expertise and commented that it was exactly what she wanted from her electrician. "I called Mr. Rubin (the owner) on Tuesday and described the work that I needed and he gave me a quote over the phone. We scheduled to have the work done on Thursday, but 15 minutes after I hung up, Mr. Rubin called back and said he had a cancellation and since, in our original conversation I had asked if he could do the work on Wednesday, we rescheduled to do the work beginning at 7:30 am Wednesday. Mr. Cruz (electrician) arrived on time and after a brief explanation of what was needed, began working on removing the old electrical cooktop, hood, and associated wiring. He installed a new receptacle for the new gas cooktop I will be putting in and also ran the wiring for the new range hood that will be installed later. He replaced the 30 amp breaker with a new 15 amp breaker and also pointed out some other issues that need attention. The work took approximately 2 hours to complete. Mr. Cruz was very professional in everything he did and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very polite, as was Mr. Rubin. I was very please with the work performed and will use them again if the need arises."
