"I had a very disappointing experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. I called them out for a main line backup affecting multiple areas of my home. They completed the service, charged me, and I was clearly told there was a 30-day guarantee. Within just 5 days, the exact same issue came back?my tub, toilet, and kitchen sink all backed up at the same time again. When I called back expecting them to honor the 30-day guarantee, I was told they could not service me because there was ?rust? in the line. That explanation makes no sense. I don?t even have a cleanout, so it?s unclear how that determination was made or why it would void the guarantee that was promised to me. It felt like an excuse to avoid standing behind their work. At that point, I had no choice but to call another plumber and pay again for the same unresolved issue. Overall, the problem was not properly fixed, and the guarantee I was promised was not honored. I would not recommend them"
