"I've used them in the past and it's been ok for the money. But today I had an appointment that I booked months ago and they didn't show up! They also didn't bother to contact me to explain why the no-show. After they were over an hour late, I started calling and emailing them. It was only after I contacted them multiple times that I got an email saying they wouldn't be coming. I was counting on this service for an event I am having tomorrow. Terrible business.
