"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "I really appreciated the work The Remodeling Company did for us. We had a lot of items we requested their work for -A new guard rail on the front porch -A new front door frame and new front door with sidelites. -A repair to the side door frame -A new gutter to replace one damaged in a storm Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, the new front door frame and front door were unavailable. They offered us three options: drop the front door and frame part of the contract, build the repairs for the front door frame on site and the job price would be lowered as compensation, or cancel the contract in its entirety. We opted to go with the second option and have the frame repair built on site. They did an amazing job with each part and we are glad we stuck with them to finalize these projects we had been hoping to get done for some time. They have wonderful customer service and are very responsive if you reach out for updates as well as taking the initiative to update you. Thank you!"

"My mother needed a new roof so we obtained several estimates from Angie's List contractors with "A" ratings. SP Peregoy Home Improvements had the best price for the same quality shingles so we hired them. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. The crew was very pleasant and considerate. They cleaned the area up very well. Since that first roof job we have hired them to do three more roofs, (a rental house we own, our house, and the garage at my mother's house.) The estimates on the roofs for our rental house and residence were also lower from SP Peregoy. We decided not to get estimates for the garage roof because the other roofs were done so well that we would have hired SP Perogoy even if the estimate was higher. We refer this company to everybody that needs roof work. We have had several of the people we referred them to tell us that they were very satisfied with SP Peregoy's work."

"We began soliciting bids for a screen porch to replace our existing deck during the summer of 2019. Juston from Classic Construction was one of several people we met with to get proposals. He did not rush through our initial meeting (as others did), taking his time to explain various options and making recommendations based on his experience. We initially thought we could use our existing deck framing as a base for the screen porch; other companies went along with that scenario but Juston said there were too many unknowns with the condition of the structure. He preferred to bid the job including new framing, and his bid was competitive with others that planned to use the existing framing. He was very prompt in getting us the quote, which was more detailed than the majority of the bids we received. When we had questions regarding the quote he offered to come back for another in person meeting, bringing samples of all of the materials he proposed. We delayed our decision for several months, but ultimately our experience with Juston, coupled with the many positive reviews we read regarding Classic, led us to award them the job. Our job was assigned to Brent and his crew, who are extremely skilled and professional. We were impressed with their daily progress; they completed the job in ten work days. They arrived each morning around 8:00 AM, and worked diligently throughout the day. Brent was patient with my frequent questions, and he offered suggestions that improved the final product. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable, and the materials used (Wolf PVC decking, RDI Endurance Vinyl Railing, Screen Tight screen framing with Bettervue Screen, Provia Screen Door, Velux Skylights) are top notch. "They were very punctual and initially they sent two persons out. They inspected the roof, looked at the chimney and the interior where the leak was coming in.   They determined that we needed piece to redirect the water. They set the appointment right away and were out in a couple of days. They only thing I would say was we signed up for an additional plan for roofing maintenance for removing pine cones and needle along with cleaning our gutters. I have not seen them yet."

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done.
