"<p>I called Tradition to get an estimate to repair my damaged roof.  Brent Fuller the owner promptly returned my call and came by to look at my roof.  He showed me several areas of wind damage and agreed to give me a estimates to replace the roof on my house and out building. He indicated that I had wind damage and recommended that I contact my insurance company and agreed to meet with the adjuster. He and the adjuster inspected the roof and worked on the claim details, so I didn't even have to work with the insurance company  Within a week I received a report from the adjuster and a claim settlement from my insurance company.  I had previously received quotes from several other roofing companies and Tradition's quote was in line with the others.  Tradition's quote included premium materials, shingles hand nailed with 6 nails each, lead flashings, new ridge vents, proper starter shingles etc.  I also received a 7 year workmanship warranty and a lifetime shingle warranty.  They even installed a weathervane for me.</p> <p>The project was scheduled within a week.  The impressive crew of 6 or 7 arrived as scheduled and completed the project in two days.  They were very meticulous in removing all of the debris from the old roof and in picking up the nails from around the house.  They also protected my pool, bushes, and plants from the debris and swept for nails with a magnetic broom at least five times. The men worked very hard, didn't spend time on cell phones, did not smoke on the premises and left everything very neat and tidy.  The workmanship on the roof is astounding.  After the crew was finished the foreman came back the next day and swept again for mails and picked up any remaining small pieces of debris.  Brent came by a day or two later with another man who went up and inspected the workmanship and completeness of the job while Brent again swept for nails.  The following week the insurance adjuster came by and did a final inspection and indicated that the job was complete and well done. </p> <p>Communication with Brent via email and telephone through all of  was outstanding, quick responses to all my nit picking questions, and he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it.   My expectations were fully met. </p> <br />"

"Great results! From the start, the J-Conn folks were wonderful to work with. Appointments were kept, the front office was very responsive, and the roofing crew was very professional. On the day the roof replacement was scheduled, they arrived on time. Workers immediately set about removing the old shingles while the new shingles were being delivered and hoisted on to the roof. As soon as the new shingles were unloaded, the trash dumpster was backed in so that the old material could be loaded into it. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of the house to catch any errant debris. We had recently replaced the gutters on the house and the crew was very careful not to damage them. We were aware of a few 'bad' sections on the roof which were going to require the replacement of some wood decking. The J-Conn team were thorough in repairing the decking. The additional cost for these needed repairs was very fair (basically the cost of materials). The workers did a terrific job of cleaning up afterwards. They did two to three passes with the magnetic broom, in addition to sweeping up the driveway and porch areas with conventional brooms. The J-Conn folks followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied and to check if we had any questions. J-Conn did not provide us with the lowest quote, so we asked them to explain to us the difference in cost. They welcomed our questions and went through their quote in detail, pointing out what they did that perhaps others were not including in the other work proposals we received. The additional information justified their cost so we accepted their bid. We continue to be very pleased that we did."

"My experience with MassBur Construction has been nothing short of phenomenal. After discovering that my roof was in dire need of repairs, I reached out to a roofing company that had done work on my neighbor's home. They came by and gave me a run down of what was needed and let me know that I did indeed have some hail and wind damage. The guy was thorough and courteous, but after I expressed my desire to contact my insurance company to see if I could get things covered, he left me with a bit of info and went on his way. After an initial call to my insurance company I decided to entertain other offers and put out a request online. MassBur Construction was quick to reply and we scheduled an inspection. My initial call with my insurance adjuster was not promising. Before even coming out or asking me any questions he immediately informed me that the last severe hail storm was well over a year ago. Not only that, but their inspection lined up exactly with the inspection I had previously received, letting me know these guys were definitely on the level. They offered to send their assessment along with the clarification on April's storm to my adjuster and even volunteered to be here on the day he came by. Chris was here on time and shadowed my adjuster during his assessment and was key in helping us state our case. The adjuster had changed his tune thanks to the diligence of these guys and I got my claim. In the following days, Chris and James stayed in close contact with me and walked me through the process and we set up a schedule. The crew came the afternoon before the job to drop off materials and started bright and early the following day. They were done by late afternoon. The crew did a phenomenal job and they made sure to clean up everything afterwards. My family and I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us. Chris and James are definitely legit and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Trust me, if you've never gotten your roof replaced, it helps to have a team like this in your corner. They don't just inspect and move on. They educate and advocate for you to help you get what you need. And they see the job through."
