"Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."

"Excellent!  I had a major piece of work of that had to be done on a rental property that I own there and I am present on the ground and they did their work, managed it completely, on time, on schedule, on budget and they kept me well informed the progress.  I was completely happy.  The water main had broken between the main in the center of the street and the house in Missoula.  Regardless of the fact that the time and history is years to fix and so he dug up a big piece of the street, got all the permits and did the repairs and filled it back in.  We paved the street essentially so I owned about $10,000 piece of the street in Missoula.  The approximate date of service is probably in 2008.  The approximate cost of the service I think it is $10,000.  Price was little higher than I wanted it to be but I was not on sight and so I thought it was fair.  The quality of service is very good.  I would in fact I have asked him to do some other jobs that I ended up not doing so he will be delighted."

"Jim was hired to put in Egress windows. In the process, he was able to repair a foundation crack that was a problem for water leaking into our basement. He is very knowledgeable and does the job right. He put egress windows in our basement and trimmed out the window on the inside. He does a great job with the french drain and guarantees his work. I recommend Jim for egress window jobs. His price is fair too."

"They were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and <br /> replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. We have an old house and there is <br /> no way to install an overhead fan/vent for a stove, and the old stove <br /> was installed in the early 1970s. So we had no other replacement <br /> choices. In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the <br /> prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on <br /> either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing), <br /> sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were <br /> multiple problems. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new <br /> stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed <br /> several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to <br /> return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part <br /> and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve <br /> the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back <br /> and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great. <br />"

"Their prices are extremely good. They are very competent and they do excellent work. They are very creative. They do not just run of the mill but they make the work customized for you. Their responsiveness to our needs is very good and they drive about 10,000 miles to get here. Their professionalism is also very good."

"The surface and the steps of a concrete porch on my duplex were disintegrating. Because this is a rental, I could not take the time to replace the entireporch. Mark was recommended to me by a local lumberyard; after I called him, he immediately came by, He fully explained what hewould do and gave me a bid. He completed the work within a week because I had to leave town. The next summer the big hail storm hit and destroyed an emergency exit window. Because I was so pleased with his first job, I asked for a bid and requested that he complete the job even though I was out of state. I had no problem paying him for the work even while I was out of state because I trust his work. When I later visited Bozeman, I was impressed that the quality of the frame was even better than it was originally."

"The company was in the neighborhood already repairing another roof. So I went over there and asked them when they had a moment could the come over and give my roof a look over. Not more then a few min. later one of them had shown up to measure my roof. He explained to me what was wrong with the existing roof and how he would fix it. He even worked with my insurance company to help get me the roof i wanted. It didnt take long for them to get to work. And boy were they fast. They had my 43 sq roof done in 2 1/2 days. And when they where Finished they made sure that the ground and gutters were clear off nails and other garbage."

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Hot Springs, MT

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
