He worked efficiently, but still paid attention to the areas that needed a bit more care. In particular, he was very open to focusing on some problem spots, like properly priming and painting older windows with signs of past water infiltration, and feathering in repairs from a rough drywall job done years ago. He was reliable and showed up when he said he would. He kept the space tidy and was easy to communicate with throughout the process.
