"My wife and I were in the market to buy or build a new home. We decided to buy a lot and start to look for architects and builders. David DiPuma came HIGHLY recommended by more than one person, so we decided to sit down and speak with him. From the moment he walked into our house, we knew right away this was our guy. David designed the house to the exact specs that we were looking for and when it came time to look for builders he said to please keep him in mind. Since he designed the house, my wife and I only felt it was right to let him build what he designed. Our decision couldn't have been anymore right. David is awesome to work with. David allowed my contacts to bid the job and then he presented all the bids and together we made the decision on who to go with for what. So he is open and willing to listen to your needs/wants and will do whatever he can to ensure you are happy. We are about 4 months into our build and go over everyday to see how things are going. Even after the design was done, there were a few things that you just don't think about when you are designing a home. So as it is being built you think of things that you would like to add or change. David has been more than happy to work with what we have been wanting. Even offering his own input on things that we all may have missed in our initial drawing. This process with David has been the highlight of this journey, most people end up with horror stories with their builder, but not us. We love this guy and can't wait for the house to be completed!!!
