We have over 25 years of experience and are licensed by the state of Texas in Water Treatment and are fully insured. We do most installs in-house but have a sub-contractor that is very experienced do some installs for us. We do offer a 5% discount on new purchases to all veterans and military personal. We accept all major credit cards and do offer in-house financing with a down payment

And they still answer any questions I have after the install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water softening or water purification."

You don't get reimbursed if it didn't take as long as you paid for. If he has to travel to get a different part, he is on the clock for that too, even if he bought the wrong part to begin with. Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."
