I selected this company because they were the first to call. Even though they didn't have any ratings, I needed service quickly and he came right away. I had water leaking that I thought was coming from the washer, but when Mr. Pettye came out, he determined there was nothing wrong with the washer, and that the water was coming from a refrigerator that had an ice maker connection. He said he wasn't a plumber but he could shut of the water going to the refrigerator and that solved the problem. His fee was very reasonable, and he was very honest and a pleasure to work with.
