"What a difference this skylight made! There was an old skylight in our master bath, which was acrylic and had become clouded through the decades. Innovative Skylights replaced it with their beautiful glass Velux skylight. The clear glass lets in much more sunlight than the old one, doesn't leak or have condensation like the old one, and looks great from the inside and outside. All the people involved were professional, knowledgable, friendly and did their jobs with excellence. Wish we'd done this years ago. Highly recommended."

"Mr. Thomas Williamson and his team worked diligently and went above and beyond to help me to do the needed repairs to my home. The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!"

"I called on a Thursday to accept their bid for a skylight replacement. They set an appointment for Monday, but called me Friday morning to let me know they fabricated my skylight early, and asked me if they could do it on that day! Oscar came on time, performed the work and called me outside to show me the work progress and explain what was being done. They completed the work on time, and cleaned up well."

"1) Zero follow-up from this company, despite calling them numerous times. 2) Very expensive for the work performed. 3) on a positive note, they came out and did the work on the same day that I called them. I have no idea how to rank this service, or the quality of work, because the photos that I requested before I paid for the service in full, have still never come. I contacted the company numerous times, including the day after the service was performed. Each time, I was told that they would go get the information the next day and that we would receive the before and after images via email. It s now 7 weeks and I am pretty confident that I will not be getting them. (-)Total cost for removing old nails, installing aluminum nails and sealing up the skylight was $850.00 and was completed in less than 90 minutes. (+) Came out same day and completed the work the same day. (-) I was never sent the before and after photos that I was promised prior to paying."
