"The company charges by the job, not the season and this is one of the reasons I chose them.  They have come three of four times this season. I chose to have it shoveled when it is two inches of snow, or more.  The first snow was 11 inches and they came early in the am, around 5:30 and cleared everything using a combination of snow blower on the driveway and shovels on the rest.  The next couple of times in was less snow and they used only shovels.  I appreciation this because they did it around 4:30 am. <br /> The price depends on several factors which they spelled out in the written service agreement. I am billed by mail after the completion of the job. I have been very satisfied with their work. <br />"

"I chose Innovative Irrigation Specialists based on the reviews on Angie's List and the bid process.  From the first meeting and estimate process through the installation, the services were communicated and scheduled well, executed quickly, professionally and dependably. <br /> The plumbing partner was professional and informative, explaining all that needed to happen to update the exterior plumbing to support the new irrigation system.  He even helped me move a few boxes when I had not cleared enough space for proper access to do the work.   <br /> John Sandberg's crew installed the irrigation system on a rainy day.  I note that because there was a high likelihood that the installation would result in a muddy mess; however, that was not the case.  The crew carefully attended to my lawn, garage access and rain gauge installation without undue tracking and waste.  The foreman and crew were helpful and polite and left my house as neat as could be in a rainstorm.  John came out to personally review the installation, talk me through the newly automated system and confirm that I was delighted with my decision and the crew's work.   <br /> My neighbor is a former Rainbird sales rep, and he was thoroughly impressed with Innovative Irrigation Specialists' work in the lawn and the Hunter products. <br /> Six weeks later, my lawn and gardens are beautiful, and I am extremely pleased with the high quality service I received from Innovative Irrigation  Specialists.  I will continue to work with John and his crew for fall blow out and spring tune up services.  I highly recommend them. <br />"

"I've been pleased with my lawn restoration (following a drought and construction) and am highly impressed by Lunseth's customer service. They recommended drought-resistant lawn solutions and provided alternative pricing options. Their communication was excellent; I received emails/texts that explained what to do before and after each application. Furthermore, Shea Lundseth personally replied to my many emails with advice about watering and other lawn care practices. She even dropped off a ziplock bag of extra seed for me so I could overseed a few spots where the grass wasn't sufficiently filling in. I've used other lawn care companies in the past (both organic and non), and I was never satisfied with the result. Although Shea's services were more expensive, I consider them a far better value than the other companies where I spent money on services (and extensive watering) only to be disappointed.
