We had a new weather head installed, new electrical panel, meter, and wiring going from the meter to the panel. The work was done very well and quick. The only issue we experienced is after getting done, we were told to wait for a city inspector to come out and once he gave it the go ahead, consumers energy would turn the power back on. Turns out nobody scheduled an inspector. Thankfully the line technician from consumers energy hooked our power back up anyway, otherwise we would have had no power in a home with two senior citizens in extremely high temperatures for 3-4 days (Friday-Monday). We have an inspector supposed to be here on Tuesday now, so we'll see how it goes from there."
