"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself."
