"As a smaller landlord with 3 properties, my project needs are maybe not on a scale as many larger commercial projects, and in my attempts to hire drywall professionals, I was turned down by 3-4 other drywall vendors. Troy at Mudslingers was also booked, but reviewed his schedule, and after listening to my situation, took my project on, squeezing me into their already booked schedule. His team came out, and quickly demoed out the old kitchen wall material, re-rocked, and then sent out the follow up team for taping and sanding. In addition, the bathroom needed to be rocked as well, so he was able to work me into his schedule again, getting my bathroom done, which was a bit more complicated, as I needed the recessed ceiling redone as well. He had an expert that was able to complete the ceiling work as well, along with a few window crank replacements we needed repaired. All in all, Mudslingers really came through for me on these unforeseen projects. However, they even went beyond the call of duty. On another property that I just began work on, upon demo of the cabinets from the kitchen, there was also a strip of decorative formica about 2 feet wide that was on the walls between the counter top to the bottom of the upper cupboards. I had the Demo done on a Wednesday, with the replacement cabinets to be installed on Friday. On Wednesday night we had removed the formica boards and unfortunately it ripped off parts of the wall. I called Troy to see what he could do, figuring I might have to cancel my cabinet install, which could take another week or two for a rescheduled date. Troy, after reviewing the video I sent, said they could "skim coat" on Thursday, 2 coats. He said the cabinet guys could still come Friday to install the cabinets, and then his team would come back to sand to complete this emergency need. His willingness to get my crisis done on a 1 day turnaround really saved me, to keep my other projects on track. I was so appreciative given I know how booked they are on other projects. At Mudslingers, they really treated me like an important client, even though I'm not a large apartment or commercial property owner. The work was all top quality. "We had a dryer vent that had ruptured more than 1 seam due to a dryer repair.  The vent ran across the lower level ceiling along the floor joists.  Due to the solid ceiling in the lower level multiple holes needed to be cut to repair the vent.  JC Drywall was contacted to quote on the repair of the ceiling and to match the texture of the current ceiling.  Jim was prompt and courteous in the quote process.  The quote was itemized and detailed.  Due to some timing issues it was many months until we were able to fix the ceiling.  Jim recalled the quote and was able to get us an updated quote based on increase in potential supply needs.  We set up a timeframe for the repairs.  Jim arrived on the scheduled date, he put plastic down and hung up plastic barriers to the rest of the home, used drop clothes to keep the carpets and stairs clean.  The repairs took 1 day longer than anticipated as the drywall compound did not dry as anticipated.  The ceiling looks great and there is no visible signs of the holes that were cut.  Jim did a very good job.  Jim was also came in under the quoted price.  The only category that we couldn't give an outstanding rating to was punctuality.  Each day Jim was slightly behind the time quoted to arrive, however it wasn't a major issue to us, and we would recommend JC Drywall for other Drywall needs."

"The job was adequate for the exterior walls and soffits, when painting around large windows they cut corners and didn't do what was quoted and the paint was already peeling after the fist day. They did come back but still didn't fix everything that was discussed. Brennan was not professional when trying to move the scheduled start day and argued with us on multiple occasions with the schedule. Brennan didn't do what he said he would with communication with us and when we questioned the work that was completed he actually yelled at us. I will never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone else."

"They were wonderful in sticking to a constant schedule....they completed all work in only 8 days... removing old ballasts on ceiling, installing new recessed lights, removing outside wall sheetrock and insulation and replacing sheetrock/insulation on that wall and the ceiling...also some wall repair on the rest. They added some new electrical and also some new plumbing. At this time they also tore out some soffits and built new ones to fit current plan. They installed new cabinets and all new appliances. After the countertops were installed, they came back to hang a light fixture and under cabinet lights, hook up plumbing for faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal. At this time they also installed the tile backsplash. We are extremely pleased with the results and the cost was very fair and reasonable. They also stayed right on the original estimate even though they had done some work to the job.
