"We had all of our windows, an oversized patio door and an exterior mud door replaced. The project was very expensive but the result is amazing. We replaced the 1989 aluminum windows with grids and put in a Milgard windows with a black exterior. Josh Kaiser installed the product and we were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I watched him install the windows and he answered all of my questions with patience. He unfortunately had to work by himself after his worker, Kris didn't show up for a few days. Josh didn't complain and just kept working hard. I am very happy with Henderson and Daughter and Josh Kaiser. I highly recommend them."

We had all the windows in our house replaced, about 20 windows, and the crew had them completed in three days. They did a great job with the installation, including fixing some crumbling siding at the front of the house. They were very courteous and mindful of us working from home, and vacuumed/cleaned up after each day. The trim and finish were very well done. After the installation was complete, the install crew went over the install with the project manager and took the time to point out areas where there may have been some damage from the shipping of the windows. They were very prompt in contacting the manufacture to get in the order for the replacement parts. We love the new windows. Not only do they look very nice, they offer cool features like being able to slide them both from the bottom and the top. They also pivot inwards so that you can clean both sides from inside the house. It was a very smooth process from start to finish."

Then Dave Friesen was conscientious about following up and answering the questions we had, e.g., how much attention would be paid to prep, paint quality (we ended up using Benjamin Moore, which Dave felt was the best), timing, care about landscaping, etc. We were so confident in Dave that we picked the main color and asked him to choose the trim and detail--he made wonderful suggestions that we approved. People stop by all of the time and ask us about colors and contractor. Everything worked as Dave promised, and since we weren't able to have a new garage door installed during the week he painted, he came back later on a weekend to complete the job.
