The cost seem high at first, however well within range of other licenced and insured contractors. Skip any contractor who is not going to pull a permit and have their work inspected . He came highlly recommended by my roofing company, as well as 2 other homeowners who had work done by his company. All had high praises for the quality of his wokmanship..
