She is easy to work with and listens to me for suggestions. I am not easy to please and she works with me."

Most recently, the system failed completely, and despite promises of follow-up and support, the company has been unresponsive and disorganized. Communication is poor, and I?ve been left without A/C during extreme heat. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability and accountability. Would not recommend"
