"Had several estimates for a raised section of my driveway due to a tree root. Some wanted to drill holes and jack up the good section to level it with the bad. Another wanted to rip out the entire driveway. David, from Bayview was the only one who offered two solutions. Grind it down or cut out one section, remove all the roots and pour new concrete for that section. Though grinding was cheaper, we went with the better solution to replace that section. David was very professional, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he gave. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend David and Bayview. We also hired him to add additional expansion joints and paint our driveway. Review for those jobs will be added later."

"We had 2 jobs done. (two different contracts.) The first job was removing an old concrete pad, hauling off the old material and then framing and pouring a new pad. Looks great!!! The second was a concrete landscape paver retaining wall, and again they came as expected, did the work, behaved appropriately while on the job and left the place in perfect shape. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. Prices seemed fair. :)"

"Everything went so well from my first call to Jason Henke to the completion of the job. This family owned company is very reliable, professional, experienced, courteous and efficient. It was worth every penny. Jason kept us abreast of the time, his brothers, John and Eric, would be here. They removed all of the furniture, cushions, etc. from the lanai placing some in our house and others on the grass in the yard. They even thought to take photos of where the furniture was so that they could return everything to the right place at the end of the job which was completed in one day. Since we were a repeat customer and they had applied a coating that was durable two years ago, the job went quickly. It was, approximately, 6 hours start to finish. They even repaired part of the stone wall on our patio that had come away because of the thick roots from a nearby plant and when they noted that one of the pavers in the driveway had a hole in it, they replaced that paver. What a joy to have people take pride in their work and value their customers. Excellent! Excellent!"

They did an excellent job installing the flooring and fixing our drywall problems. The floors came out beautifully, and we are very happy with them. We are both happy that our drywall that was damaged will look like it used to. They also kept a very clean worksite and hauled off all of the waste it produced. They were on time, everything was done in a timely manner with no delays. Services that were provided: they got the permit to start the project, excavated, graded, hauled away debris to designated recycling/waste facility, compacted the soil, pumped the concrete, set the plate for the basketball pole in the concrete, broom finished and completed saw cut to control the joints. They even relocated our mail box, so it would not be on the edge of the new driveway and helped cut the bottom of our wooden fences so it can open and close over the new concrete. This was not part of the contract but they went out their way to ensure we were happy, which is truly appreciated. We definitely recommend Fleet Concrete Inc."
