"We were initially hesitant to hire MTS to replace our roof because they didn't have much in the way of reviews and their quote was the lowest we received by far. The other companies gave us quotes which were 2 or 3 times higher for the same materials and warranty. We eventually decided to give them a chance because Matt was very patient about answering all our questions and explained everything, including how he came to that price. He wasn't at all pushy and even our dog approved (seriously, our dog barked non-stop at everyone else who came to give a quote, but he behaved for Matt). When it came time to do the work Matt explained the unexpected issues which came up, telling the positive and negatives of each option, and didn't pressure us to change the plan. The final price was exactly as quoted and the yard was thoroughly cleaned. We found a single nail which had been in a crack under the dumpster which was taken away the following morning after they left. We are very pleased with the service we received and recommend MTS for your roofing needs."

"In the interest of full disclosure, I got estimates from four (4) companies, and was impressed with the professionalism of all four representatives that gave me estimates. LCT was a couple hundred more than the lowest two estimates, but was offering a superior product. Bottom line, we got exactly what James promised us....they were here when they said they would be, they protected the plantings around our house, they worked expeditiously and, upon completion, did a thorough cleanup of the yard. The roof looks GREAT!!! Lastly, the dumpster was supposed to arrive at 7am on the day of the work.......it arrived at EXACTLY 7am!!! At 8am the following morning, the dumpster company was back to tow it away. Within 24 hours of the start of work, our home and yard were back to normal!! Thank you LCT!!!"

They included a high cathedral ceiling and walls that needed plastering and baseboard heating. They plastered holes, covered cracks with tape and used the latest technology for water stains. They followed best practices and did not cut corners.
