Customers say: Quick response

"He surpassed Gagnon Electric on knowhow & best solution to an ongoing Living Room Circuit that continually tripped. He checked to see that we were compliant with surgeprotection box w/green lights working properly. It was sufficient to handle lightening strikes & correctly installed. He was thorough in testing amps & supplied us with a Arch Grounding new socket that works very well with air conditioner's ground plug. Very satisfied with his work & attention to detail. Noticed we had a broken outside outlet cover & replaced it with a better model! Awesome Job! Hire This Navy Vet!!!"

"Arete’s team was incredibly professional and efficient. They completed my HVAC job in a timely manner and beat competitor’s pricing. Their team was very respectful of my home and even wiped the floor after each day’s work. Every member of the team was kind and respectful. Will certainly work with them again in the future for any of my HVAC/electrical needs."

"Doug responded to my advertisement/posting quickly, and did not try to sell me to hire him first. He was professional and courteous. His quote was a bit higher than I initially wanted to pay, but I needed someone fast and he offered to come the next day. He showed up on time; inspected what needed to be done; and got to work promptly. Again, friendly and professional. He ran into a small problem and had to go to Home Depot to obtain some parts. He did not say he needed more money or either time or parts. This small job required coordination with a roofing & siding company. Doug coordinated his work with them well. In short: I'm totally happy with his work. I recommend him highly."

"It was a absolute pleasure working with the Wilson Brothers team from sales, site planning and install. The install and electrical teams were very professional and demonstrated in depth knowledge of the product and their craft. They arrived at the time specified and worked very neatly and in an organized fashion. We would absolutely recommend Wilson Brothers for any Heating/AC needs."
Three of the five heads are marked by the numbers in the blue circle. On the inside of the house is where you will find the mounted units. The slim ducts run alongside the white arrows and will eventually be covered to match the exterior of the house.
The slim ducts in the basement ceiling that connect from the branch box all the way to the 5 different heating and cooling units. These will be covered by the ceiling tiles once the job is finished.

"Electrical & Security Solutions are the best! I have needed their services more than once to replace lights, a ceiling fan and also to install a new electrical box and breaker for our garbage disposal. Tyler promptly responded every time I called and he and Casey are both friendly, efficient and skillful. Aside from the excellent service, the qualities I appreciate the most is honesty for what work needs to be done and how Tyler is also very budget consciousness."

"Everything went perfectly from start to finish. We have high cathedral ceilings in our home that required staging to hang three large, heavy fixtures and it all went flawlessly! Chris and his team were professional, neat, and fairly priced. Highly recommend."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Hudson, NH

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
