"We called S&S Tree and Robb came out on April 28 to give us an estimate and timeframe to remove a large sugar maple tree from our yard, as well as grind the stump. They came out when promised on May 7, and removed the tree. Then it started to rain, and rain. Another crew came out the next day but it was too wet to get the stump grinder in our yard. Took about a week for them to get out to do the stump. There was quite a large mound of dirt/mulched up stump pieces left which my husband and I took care of for the most part. They had missed a few very large roots and we were told they would come back for them. On May 20 I called Robb about coming back out for the roots; called him back on May 21 and he said he'd get it scheduled next week. Hadn't heard anything so I I called Robb back on May 28, and was told it would be the following week. Casey called on June 3 to let us know they'd be out on June 4. They came back on June 4 with an axe to get the very large roots that were missed. I guess I thought they'd bring a smaller grinder as the roots were quite large. Communication could've been better with returning my phone calls instead of me having to do all the calling back. All said and done they did a decent job. <br />"

"He walked around the yard with us, drew up a design to help hide / cover a 3 tank septic sytem - yet allowing space and location for the septic company to get in and around to do their job. First time in 11 years our yard is coming alive with grass and fertilizer and the use of mole treatment is working. Always notified a day or two before they arrive. We are looking to hire them, again, for fall clean up and use them on a yearly basis. They are also checking costs on doing some patio work for us. <br />"

"The day before the work was scheduled I watered the the yard to insure that it would be soft enough to get some good cores out of the ground. I also marked all the yard’s irrigation heads with flags. A very nice employee showed up on the day the aeration was scheduled. He surveyed the yard and I asked him if he had any questions. He said no and got to work. He used a zero-turn with a small aeration trailer pulled behind it with just one concrete block on top for the weight. The cores pulled by the trailer were very small... Largest were only one inch deep and less than a half inch wide."
