"Mostly very good. They have certified arborists and do know how to shape trees and not just "cut" them. Accordingly, they are pricier. They also are good at explaining why certain things should or should not be done in order to keep the tree optimally healty. The only issue I had concerned a tree that they planted. I didn't receive instructions on how to care for the tree at the time it was planted. When I called about that, they apologized and said they forgot to give them to the workman for me and emailed them instead. That was fine. However, the description on the instructions of what the tree planting should look like when it was finished didn't match my tree. I inquired about that and they apologized and said that the workman was new to the company and hadn't yet been trained in how Grover expected things to be done. They said an arborist would come by to check it out and make sure everything was correct. That never happened. Unfortunately, at that time I had so many household issues that needed attention that I never was able to follow up on the query. But, other than that, they have been reliable."

"They come in regularly every other month. They are here always when they say are going to be. They send me a little post card to tell me which day they would come because I have dogs and I want to keep them in on the day that they spray the yard. They always give me advance notice so I know that I have to keep the dogs safe. I had a problem with mice one time and they were just great. They came here and took care of it for me. There was a modest extra charge but they weren't far and beyond that charge. They were great. They have some turn over with their service staff. When the new man came in, he took the time to come out from the front door and introduce himself. He asked me if I had any concerns or questions. I'm very pleased with them. They are ongoing for a while now."
