"<p>Israel was AMAZING. He managed all the masonry and excavation and does beautiful work. I could build a house on that footer! He cleaned up every day and was very detailed in all work completed with the masonry. He was very professional, polite and a joy to work with. He was punctual every day, ensured safety throughout the projects (including blocking off the pool and covering rebar for safety). His crew was great...it couldn't have gone any better.</p> <p>The flat work crew was a different crew, and although not as professional or down-right amazing as Israel & his crew, they did a good job. There were a few issues with details, but all in all still a great project.</p> <p>Regardless of weather, labor or any other issues, Israel worked his tail off to keep on schedule, even bringing in a weekend crew of 6 masons and 3 tenders. </p> <p>There was some work that wasn't done as agreed, but it was outside the scope of their normal work and kind of a "toss in" that was way more work than they had realized (moving TONS of river rock...what a PAIN), so I can't really hold it against them, especially with how pleased we were with the wall.</p> <p>We have a beautiful, artistic, modern block wall, build on a super solid foundation, lots of rebar, tie ins, and beautiful details! The exposed aggregate. patio looks great, is sloped correctly and drains wonderfully. The modern walkway I designed was executed exceedingly well with amazing detailed edges (although the two guys that came to take off the forms hacked them up a bit. Vince immediately sent someone out to fix them and they looked beautiful again.)</p> <p>They were all easy to work with and the price was really good. I got exactly what I wanted and more than I expected. </p> <br />"

"I had worked with Arizona Foundation Solutions before. They had installed a moisture removal system as a heaving remediation solution. During my renovations, I noticed a crack in the foundation that was a little more than 1/16 of an inch wide. I felt comfortable fixing it myself. However, I wanted it done professionally and have it backed by a transferable warranty. Therefore, I decided to go the with Arizona Foundation Solutions. The person handling the actual repair was Tom Linear. I was very impressed by his commitment to doing the job right even before the start of the job. The original bid was different from the work that was actually needed since I had just completed removing tile to reveal the extent of the damage. I shared this change with Tom. He assured me that all would be handled. He also warned me about the limitations of the repair. Part of the crack was in close proximity to the wall. Due to this and the need for even more, possibly unnecessary work, this part of the crack would not be stitched. However, the work would still fall under the warranty. I was blown away by his skill, knowledge, patience, and willingness to not only listen to my concerns and answer questions but actually teach me me the techniques so I would feel comfortable doing it myself in the future if needed. Tom is an excellent teacher. As mentioned previously, the scope of the project was changed. He performed extra work that was not in the original contract and would not fall under the warranty, and was done without expectation of extra charge. I cannot say enough positive things about Tom. He is passionate about his work and is willing and able to share it with others. As a result of his visit, I not only have confidence in the repair that was done, but I also have confidence in myself to be able to apply similar fixes in future. Tom, thank you so much!"

"It went great, quick and was done really well. His subs were really good. The prices were compatible with the other prices we got, only he seemed more on the ball. I have had people stopping by wanting his business card, or at least his phone number because they like what he did."

"They were very professional. I liked the fact that it was a family operation and AJ was there for the entire process. They did a beautiful job. They checked with us several times to make sure the design was what we wanted. We ended up changing our minds a couple of times and they were always happy to make the changes. We wanted some interesting curves in the pathway which required a lot of tedious cutting and fitting. AJ did it with perfection. They needed to raise the existing gate hinges to make it work right and took care of it with no problems. We also had a couple of drain cleanout pipes that stuck up to high and they cut them down and made them flush with the pavers. AJ even offered at no charge to fix the gate latch on the other side of the property when he saw it sticking. He cut off the exiting latch and re-welded it lower so it worked better. It was really a pleasure to deal with them and to see the pride of good workmanship they desplayed. <br />"
