"TLC SCRATCHED AND RUINED MY WINDOWS AND GLASS DOORS and are evading responsibility. They were hired for post-construction cleaning. Justin came out to the property and looked at every window and door beforehand and noted no pre-existing damage because there was none. All the windows were new and had never been cleaned. After their cleaning, scratches were found on all of them as well as on the outside molding. We alerted Justin of the damage, he came over the next day and said he was embarrassed When told we may get an attorney involved, he said why get an attorney when we have a 6M insurance policy. Then, both he and Gary have ghosted us, now trying to deny they did the damage. Instead of being stand-up men, they are trying to evade responsibility and leave me with the damage they caused. We have requests countless times in dozens of phone calls, texts, and emails for them to contact their insurance company and make a claim. They refuse. I now have an attorney involved, they still refuse to get their insurance company over here. We have called their insurance company rep over ten times and he is also avoiding us. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs."
