"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. They were very prompt, diagnosed the issues with my computer, then gave me options on how it could be repaired and modified to accommodate my needs, along with price quotes for each option. Very professional, we worked out a plan that fixed every issue that I had. I am more than happy with my "new" laptop and I would most definitely hire them again!"

"Vitex sales process was great over the phone, very clear on the services, cost and setting the time for installation. Installation process was excellent. He set up all the services, explained everything very clearly, made sure I understood Alarm.com app. Really pleased."

"The electricians had to spend a bit of time to determine the precise cause of the power failure. Their remedies were successful. Unfortunately, they were not able to communicate clearly with my wife (I was not there) about any possible problems with our wiring that might need to be fixed in order to prevent or delay future problems. She is sometimes difficult.
"

"Paul and his crew of reliable, professional workers are great! They show up when they're supposed to and do the work quickly and efficiently. They are polite and conscientious about their work and the disruption it makes in your life and household. Green Lizard is way more than a landscaping company. I initially used them to landscape our backyard a couple years ago and when I needed to update my home to get it show ready to put on the market, I didn't hesitate to call them again. I feel comfortable that I will get quality and honest service from Green Lizard. Paul is a hands-on owner whose follow up and attention to detail is second to none. I highly recommend them for all your home maintenance and landscaping needs.
"

"I really hate to have to give a bad grade here but as a customer, I would want someone to be honest and straightforward in rating here for me.
I do not recommend this company for new construction jobs. He may be ok for small repairs, but it became apparent that Alaskan is not set up to handle much else. Perhaps this job was just too much for him or his company. He had employee problems, time management problems, money problems, etc. We tried being sympathetic and tried to work with him, but after a while the excuses and damage to property were just too much.
From the start of the discussions/bid, we were never given any type of formal bid or agreed upon amount. Everything was just verbal. We were assured by the owner that all work we wanted done...he could do... no problem. It took us over 7 months of trying to get work done before we finally told the owner we no longer wanted to continue with his services. And even then, there were things we had asked him to do that never got done. And the work was not finished when he left. It was apparent that he just wanted off the job.
There were inconsistencies during the install. A lot of our electrical was designed to be exposed so being neat, consistent and conscious of that fact was extremely important. This was conveyed multiple times to the owner and his employees. Work done by the one or two employees he had was sloppy and poor. Damage was done to our structure in more than one place where care and planning was not done. Most of the damage could not be repaired. Framers had to try and hide or cover up mistakes made by them. This leaves me concerned because if I found the visible damage and mistakes, what was done within the walls that got covered up?
We have recently discovered that one of the electrical fixtures/switches are not working. I contacted Alaskan requesting them to come back and look at the problem. As usual, they told me they would be here in a day or two. They never showed up...never called. The problem remains.
We had hoped to use Alaskan for our new ac/heat install but with all that had happened, we did not have the faith nor trust that the job could be done correctly or in a timely fashion.
I would recommend you be very careful with this company and what work you ask them to perform. Also, be cautious on the timeframe. They will tell you what you want to hear and then may have trouble delivering.
"
