"We called them as we had a leak- they’d installed our roof about 3 years ago. They came out and turns out the issue was a furnace pipe, nothing roof related and nothing they’d put in. However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

"It was a great experience.  This was the 2nd time I have replaced a roof in my lifetime. Jim came out and evaluated my roof.  He took his time and pointed things out about my roof to make me a better consumer.  The other company that bid the job never even look in my attic and only spent 5 minutes at the house as they use an aerial view of the roof.
 
My wife chose the top of the line premium roofing system.........of course she did. :)

Within two days Jim had the bid emailed to me and then called to set a day to come by to explain everything.  The other company, a well known one in Charlotte,  just emailed the bid and I never heard from them again.

The crew showed up early each morning and worked until the sun went down. They did a great job and did their best to protect my property and shrubs.  There was very little damage and I planned the job while my wife was out of town....a good thing for all concerned.

The sheathing on the roof was damaged and rotted in more places than the bid allowed for.  I was not asked to pay more money.

As a retired Plumbing Contractor, I did my research on Charlotte roofing....their license, customer referrals, Angie's List, roofing material manufacturers and insurance coverage. They are clean as a whistle. I am not an easy person to work for and know what great looks like....THEY ARE GREAT.

The owner even sent me a hand-written thank you note before they received their final payment.

"Very pleased with the work Nate and Tom did. They arrived early each day, were very professional and friendly, knew what they were doing, and did it well. They looked out for my interests by pointing out that the mailbox post, which was originally just going to be fixed, needed to be replaced due to wood rot. They then offered to paint the new post. After replacing rotten wood above and below the front door, they also painted the whole area instead of just the repaired area since it would look better. The owner, Vince, explained that he unfortunately had to cancel doing two items on my repair list because the height of my roof combined with the steepness of my yard made using their 40-ft ladder unsafe. I admire that Vince placed the safety of his workers above doing those repairs. This was my second time hiring The Bizzzy Bee, and I plan to use them again."

"Miller. the owner, is a top professional. He answered my request in minutes and arrived on time the next morning to look at my roof. He thoroughly explained the issue I was having with my roof and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also noticed other beginning issues with the roof, like nails lifting, boots becoming dislodged and sealant issues. I also mentioned to him there was a tremendous amount of water over flowing above one gutters in heavy rain in one location as my roof pitch is steep with multiple roof angles in this area. When Mike, his crew arrived, Mike fixed all issues, including the water flow issue, and took the time to explain his day on my roof to me.
