"Spoke directly with the owner on a hot day when the air conditioner stopped working.  He had a crew there within two hours.  They quickly identified and repaired the problem (electrical connections), tested the system and coolant levels, and provided options for updating in the future.  They were fast, friendly and professional.  I would use them again without hesitation.  By the way, I am not a returning customer - I found them on Angie's List that day.

John the owner told us he could do the work and that he happened to be in the next town. He said, he could get to us within an hour. He did! He was very professional and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Our outlets now work,my garage light is on. The fixing of the outlets didn't take 2hr but he installed a new outlet and cover without charging for the materials. I would use him again.
