"Mr. Rugg collaborated on this project, offering helpful suggestions and practical solutions in the design phase.  He demonstrated a clear understanding of the objective and a mutual understanding of the plan to get there.    When questions arose, he communicated promptly and effectively.  I particularly liked that he proposed and drafted an informal contract so that we both had a clear understanding of the payment terms, scope of work, and the critical details (drawings provided).  Other contractors that I have worked with have resisted signing anything.  At my request, Mr. Rugg sub-contracted the excavation work rather than me having to meet with a series of contractors and come to an independant agreement and then coordinate the work between the two trades.  This arrangment seemed to work well.  I am pleased with the quality of the work as well as the final clean-up of the site.  Overall a very good experience working with Mr. Rugg. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
