I had some doors that I needed hung, but my house is crooked and he went above and beyond to make sure they were right. Not only that, but he made two trips out to my house because he needed to go back for a different tool which was my fault, not his, without charging me more. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill.
