"Unfortunately, the workmanship wasn't great. He would say things, and then not do them. E.g. when he quoted me a price, I told him that the project needed to be striped, sanded, primed and painted. Then when he did the job, he ONLY PAINTED. When it came out ugly, he had to redo everything by sanding striping etc. He IS willing to redo anything that you aren't happy with, so thats good. But YOU have to bring it up. Even then, he never called me back to fix one small thing. Lastly, there were paint drips on the floor. He said "that was already there." The floors were refinished the day before!"
