I don't know if they did call Dominion Electric, because I had to call Dominion twice to get the limb removed. Bartlett also took care of a number of other dead limbs. They spent a full day on site."

"We picked them as they talk about their products being environmentally friendly. The product killed our grass when it ran down the gutters. The roof did look good and they did tell us to call back if we were not happy. They were willing to come back and try to repair the grass but it still does not look right. I would not call them back or recommend them due to what happened. They half way did the back of the roof when coming back and they did the same thing with the seeding of the grass. The price was competitive with other service providers that quoted for the whole roof and they only did half of the roof on the first visit, so we were confused by the whole process with them."

"We had Brian Paynes (owner/operator) and his co-workers plant plants, shrubbery along with a regular lawn mowing service. In addition, we are going to have him install a ground-level patio for us as well as two walkways leading to/from the walkways. Brian has also added some trim to our front porch. He does incredible work! It seems almost as if there's nothing he can't do! Incredible worker! His business card says they specialize in all types of tree and lawn care and Much More! Well...you can certainly believe in the Much More part! He does incredible handyman work. I doubt that we'll go with anyone else for just about anything we need done around the house. If Brian is certain your request is out of his realm of ability, he has no problem letting you know immediately and will offer someone else if he knows of anyone who does what you are asking for. You really cannot go wrong with Brian Paynes and his company!!"
