He was professional in every way; he listened and attended to a number of small electrical issues; mainly outlets not working, which required new GFI's. He also re-set the air flow on my cadet heaters for safety. I was pleased that he finished in under 90 minutes, and that my issues were solved without any major work, parts, or re-wiring. Given this, I was a bit taken aback by the charge of $750. I haven't needed to hire an electrician for a number of years, so I am not sure if this charge is reasonable, but it did seem high. Because the job was so small, I did not request an estimate before work started. I guess that would be a good idea, and I will do so in the future. Otherwise, John was polite, respectful, and answered all of my questions. The work was great except no cover plate was put on my bathroom outlet, a small oversight.
