"I highly recommend Advantage Roofing. The owner, Tim Mallory arrived on time for the initial inspection and quoted a fair price for a new roof, gutters, leaf guards and a minor chimney repair. I had received another quote for the same work from a large local company. Their quote included substantial repairs to my chimney which were not needed. I had it confirmed by independent inspection from a local chimney specialty company that the repair as quoted by Tim was perfectly adequate and proper for my situation. I knew then that I was dealing with an honest and knowledgeable individual. Tim put me on the schedule and began work on time as planned, with a few minor adjustments to start date along the way to account for changes in the weather. They kept me informed as my start date approached. The materials were delivered in full, the day before the job. On the morning the job began, Advantage arrived early with a substantial crew. My house was a hard two day job. Every individual on the crew was polite and took extra measures to fully protect my landscaping and garden. The work was completed on time and in a very professional manner. The house looks great. The cleanup crew went overboard to be sure that that they found every last bit of scrap and every possible nail. While I continue to keep an eye out for the occasional roofing nail, the Advantage Roofing crew did everything they could to find every possible nail and they would not leave the job site until they were certain that I was fully satisfied. After the job, I received my final invoice, which was exactly as quoted. "The work was completed; however, it took 6 months from start to finish. During the process a QA inspector checked the job. This required the installer to return to finish a few items that were missed. The QA inspector returned a few weeks later. The night before he arrived a brand new leak started. He did not offer any resolution.  I called the original estimator and he came back, identified the issue and fixed it during that visit."

"We had Justin, the field supervisor, out for 2 separate water leak issues. The first of these issues had been a window water leak where the roof line and an odd placed window meets. This leak was ongoing for 4+ years and 4 other separate roofing/siding/window companies had tried their 'fix' without fixing the issue. Justin easily spotted the trouble area and repaired a 4+ year long ordeal within an hour. We have had multiple hard rains since and no more leak! We called him a second time for a different roof leak. He found an issue with how the shingles were laid down where 2 roof lines meet. He did a simple repair to the roof shingles and we are hopeful that this will solve the issue. We will definitely be using Sherriff-Goslin Roofing for any future roofing needs. "The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"

"Once the company got us scheduled by email, the crew arrived at 8 AM the following morning.  The 4 man crew seemed to be very knowledgable and worked well together.  The company owner, Dale Shoemaker, was extremely knowledgable and explained, in detail, the answers to all our questions and concerns.  The entire process took approx. 7 hrs. to complete.  The company also sealed a leaking area on the roof which affected our covered deck.  This job, along with installing a downspout to the gutter of our detached garage, was completed without charge.  Can't beat that!!!!  Everything was completed to our satisfaction as Dale, whom I consider a truly honest man, had promised.  Upon completion, the crew's cleanup was excellent and the yard was left the way it was found.  Thanks Dale, Greg, and crew for a wonderful experience. <br>Bob Grundhoefer"
