"I hired this company to cut my grass. He asked for pictures of my yard, so I sent him several. He texted me and said he'd be at my place on Thursday or Friday (Aug 28 or 29). Those dates worked for me. He said he'd text me before he was on his way. On Aug 29 around 4 pm I called him because my yard was still not mowed.
