"I'm a little late on my review, but we hired JC Masonry in June 2015 and had brick re-pointing done on our house where some of our mortar was falling out between our bricks, and the owner and his son were out at our house for several days, and even worked around our exterior painters that ended up being there at the same time due to rain delays that summer. These guys did a great job on our house, the new mortar matched perfect after it cured completely, and we are still VERY satisfied with the work completed! I would definitely recommend them for brick repairs/re-pointing!"

"Everything went so well from my first call to Jason Henke to the completion of the job. This family owned company is very reliable, professional, experienced, courteous and efficient. It was worth every penny. Jason kept us abreast of the time, his brothers, John and Eric, would be here. They removed all of the furniture, cushions, etc. from the lanai placing some in our house and others on the grass in the yard. They even thought to take photos of where the furniture was so that they could return everything to the right place at the end of the job which was completed in one day. Since we were a repeat customer and they had applied a coating that was durable two years ago, the job went quickly. It was, approximately, 6 hours start to finish. They even repaired part of the stone wall on our patio that had come away because of the thick roots from a nearby plant and when they noted that one of the pavers in the driveway had a hole in it, they replaced that paver. What a joy to have people take pride in their work and value their customers. Excellent! Excellent!"

"A P Construction and Development completed a beach condominium remodel for me. Their communication, punctuality, quality, and professionalism were extraordinary. I couldn't be more pleased with their work which included new trim, flooring, painting, removal of a very large wall mirror, minor drywall repair, door replacements, and more. After discussing the scope of work, Chris provided a very timely and fair bid. Originally, completion was projected to take 4 weeks from start to finish. Chris started the demolition on a Saturday, which was the first day that the condo was available. The team worked steadily and on the weekends and had everything completed in just 3 weeks which was one week early. A P Construction and Development kept me continually in the loop regarding how the project was progressing. Chris would call and update me every few days. Also, he always responded quickly to my text messages if i had a question. He was very punctual with phone calls, text messages, and appointments. The quality of their work was exceptional. Chris and Anton are both experienced craftsmen. Everything was expertly completed. On the last day, Chris was waiting on a final trim piece to finish the project. While he was waiting, he helped me remove old furniture and even hang mirrors and pictures. In summary, A and P went above and beyond to make sure our renovation went smoothly and that we were happy with the results. They are not only great contractors but good people to work with. I plan to use them in the future and have referred them to friends on multiple occasions."

"We had spoken to many plumbers, granite dealers, etc. and NO ONE would undertake this task. David came to examine the job, decided he could do it, then undertook the job with expertise and a positive outlook. It required some engineering and imagination and he completed the task without having to cut the granite. He restored all plumbing and new garbage disposal so that the plumbing was better than before he came. The also restored our marble bathroom counter which was marred with stains. Spectacular workmanship!"

"The job took longer than expected to complete. We had a few problems but devin did fix them. The one thing that bothered me the most is the fact when I explained there were errors I was informed this was a free area that he had given me and excuses were created. A simple I'm sorry this occurred and I will work to correct would've been fine. Over all we are pleased. Looking back I do not believe he remembered everything I requested or wanted as it was Christmas week. I do not think we were on the same page and my concrete was rushed to complete for another job. We had to have our windows professionally cleaned and we power washed our pool area as the dust and paint was on the brick and windows. The reason I would give an over all "B" was that he came back and fixed the areas that needed improved and I chose to not mention the cleaning areas. The area looks nice and we are happy its complete. Best advice for future clients is to be exactly clear, check and double check the areas as they look different in different lights, ensure the area is left the way it should be. Advice to owner...dont sass,we complete most projects ourselves and it should be a privilege to work with clients. Explaining that this was a free area( that I watched you measure on camera) and your estimate was higher and round up on sqft compared to the other 5 companies was an unnecessary comment and made you sound very greedy which in turn made our job seem like it was not a priority and was rushed. I was more than understanding with the delays and being pushed back due to your other larger projects. No comments were necessary as you were not even close to cheaper and that area was apart of the estimate.. you sir forgot."
