"I had a new flat roof installed 5 years ago by another roofer ( after Hurricane Irma took the whole roof off ). After 6 years the roof began to leak and ruined my family room ceiling. I called the roofer and he finally came and went up on the roof for about 10 minutes (no tools, no equipment). When he came back down he told me everything was fixed ( so hard to believe ). Anyway I hired a plasterer to re-plaster all the damage to my family room ceiling. That was a herculean task in itself and expensive. One day later it rained and guess what, the water came right through my "new" ceiling. I called Drew Roofing right away and they didn't hesitate to "answer" the phone and get me on their schedule. They arrived on the day they were supposed to and from the pictures they took did a lot of repair work to my roof. I can NOW sigh a sigh of relief and re-paint my family room ceiling. He then gave us a detailed description of what he would use to replace it and a estimate of what it would cost which we thought was very fair. We were very impressed with his honesty also. He has excellent ratings on Angie's list and the BBB. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repairs."

Several roofing repair companies came by to evaluate the issue and provide a quote, but The Roofing Company was the only one who took the initiative to make a temporary repair to get through the next couple days of rain. Afterwards, they followed-up to make sure their work was satisfactory and took the time to explain all of our options (not just those that benefit them). We will absolutely use them for all of our roofing needs moving forward."

"Took a month for the insurance, then after insurance sent a check, March 2, 2018 the roofing materials were placed on my roof. I waited until near the end of March when i called to ask that the roofing materials be replaced, due to the rain/sun cycle with the possibility for mold. Straus graciously removed the roofing materials and brought additional materials. The roofing was done in 1 day on April 2. The town inspectors failed the roof due to too many nails missing. Stratus sent several different crews plus one of their own supervisors to review the roof deficiencies. It was all fixed with a pass by the town inspector the first week of May."

"Very well.Replaced roof and delivered enough cedar facia boards in advance so that I could paint it before they came out.They replaced it as they did the roof. You get good honest workmanship. I will say this about Brock ,one of the family that gives estimates. I also had installation installed at the time. I thought Brock had he would add in an extra 5 sheets of plywood because they were going to take up some plywood to shoot in the insulation. Eventhough Brock didn't remember it he honored it. Very much recommend wind Miitigation report. I got a 700.00 refund on my homeowners insurance because of the thorough job Michael did showing what they did on the roof and adding in the improvements for storm shutters, Garage door and windows I was entitled to."

"We called Arrys after our roof started leaking. We were brand new to the home and had been told the roof was relatively new. The guy who came out was amazing! He showed my husband how the nails were popping up through the shingles. He advised that we'd need a new roof sooner than expected, but that in the meantime, we could patch those spots ourselves if needed. He gave my husband some pointers so that we wouldn't have to call them every leak. Those pointers and that help was a HUGE relief to brand new homeowners. That was 3 years ago now. We've used their advice to hold on until we were able to afford a new roof. We are now on their schedule for a new roof in a few weeks. The sales guy that came out for that, Jeff, was absolutely amazing in explaining our options and what was needed. He came out in August, and then we had to delay the project. We wrote them back in May, and within a few days we had an updated quote and were back in touch with him. I will update/edit once the roof is installed, but the peace of mind this company gave us for the few years we had to wait is something we are so grateful for, and I would recommend them to anyone I know!"

"Very Happy with the new roof installation Goodfriend performed at my home. From the sales person to the Supervisor and the laborers who did the demo and installation. ALL were professionals and very courteous! They did a good job protecting my landscaping and pool during the project and when they cleaned up, you could not tell they were there. Overall, very satisfied with Goodfriend roofing. My roof looks great and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof."

"I can only comment on the customer service I received as I never got far in the process of having a new roof installed. I had claimed a deal on Angie's List for a new roof. A gentleman came out and said that our roof did not qualify. I understood and had no problem with that. I still wanted an estimate for a new roof though. He did take the measurements and said that the estimate would be sent to me. A week or so later I got a message on Angie's List asking if I received it and I said no. He asked for an address so he could take measurements. I told him that he already came out and did that. I guess he never found the measurements and/or estimate as I never got another response. All I can say is that the customer service part of this was not very professional. I can't put a review on here for the quality of work as they never did any work."
