"They did a wonderful job of detecting, repairing the leak and putting the concrete and carpet back.  It is so nice to find a plumbing company that is professional and does a great job at a good price."

"I have a third acre front and back yard that Cacti comes once monthly for yard maintenance. In addition, they periodically come to fertilize and do weed control (extra cost). They also periodically inspect/repair/replace irrigation issues, as needed. I have always found them to be efficient, professional and neat. They always accommodate any special requests for trimming, etc. My yard costs $79/mo. Recently, I had them replace/add rocks to my front and back yards. In total, they added 16 tons of rocks and rebuilt a small river rock stream in the front. 5 men came on the designated day and spent 5 hours unloading/spreading/watering down the rocks. They did a fantastic job. I was very impressed by their neatness/professionalism. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable/reasonable landscape company for your yard."

"Scheduling the work was a major issue,, as they are busy, I choose a busy time of the year to install. The patio cover went up well, and looks fantastic. They also installed optional LED lighting, complete with dimmer switches."

"Great to work with.  Fair estimate with better prices than most of the other companies.  Did and excellent job.  This was at our last house and now we have moved. We are calling them again to get a concrete patio again at the new house.  Highly recommended. <br />"

"Billy responded to my request for a quote the same day I entered my information in Angi. He came the next day, gave me a reasonable quote and told me what all work his crew would do. I immediately hired him. Although he gave me a date they could do the work, he later called and said they could do it much sooner, if that was OK with us. I cannot say enough good about Billy and his entire crew. They are professional, efficient, friendly, clean up after themselves and are very courteous. They even covered my son's classic truck, which was near the path to get the cement from the truck to our back yard, so nothing would damage it. Any concrete work I will ever need, will be done by Ability Concrete; and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect job at a very reasonable price. They are winners!!!"

"Concrete flooring is a unique idea, and not many people were willing to take on the job. I probably called a dozen contractors and had difficulty finding anyone willing. Cary and Jon gave us a fair estimate (which was in the middle range of the three that I received), and stuck to it. Concrete can be scary because you never know what is below your floors, and the prep work is overwhelming. The house was vacant, which helped, but it still took 8 full days to complete the job. The crew was meticulous and worked extremely hard. They went through many details to make sure that the floors looked perfect, and the price included some custom stain work in the main entry to the home as well as new concrete in our kitchen, bathrooms, and a 4 inch border around the entire house. <br /> I know $7,500 is a big chunk of change, but honestly, home depot charges about $3 per sf to remove tile, and another $2 and something to put it down, plus the cost of tile and grout, so in the long run, I think it's worth it. We have a beautiful custom floor that needs only be cleaned with a wet mop, hides dirt very well, looks shiny and modern, and NO GROUT TO CLEAN.  <br /> Like I said, they stand behind their work, and once you contract with them, they stick it out even if more time and effort is needed to do the job right. In other words, no surprise additional fees that pop up after the job starts. I highly recommend them. <br />"

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Indian Springs, NV

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
