"When we had requested a quote, the husband and wife had arrived. The husband stayed in the truck, while we showed the wife the two large trees that we needed to have removed. She gave us a very competitive quote. We agreed on a time for them to come back to remove the trees and the husband's brother-in-law spent the majority of the time complaining to us that he thought the wife had underestimated the work and he felt that they were being underpaid for the job. We told them that we expected to honor the estimated quote--which they did. When we followed up a few months later to receive another quote on some other trees that we needed to have removed, the husband answered the phone and immediately put the wife on to speak to us to arrange a time to come out for an estimate. The brother-in-law arrived to look at the trees and seemed very disinterested in the job. He still remembered the previous work that he and his brother-in-law (Jason) had completed for us and yet again complained that he thought that they were underpaid for the work. The brother-in-law said that he would send a quote for the new proposed work, however, never followed through. The work that they completed was done well. However, I would never hire them again due to the lack of reliability and professionalism."

"Joe, owner, responded to Angi referral in person within an hour. He looked at the 5 dead ash trees, all in hard to reach areas. His price seemed reasonable. Removal was scheduled for the following weekend as that is when his climber would be available. They came late on Friday and finished Saturday afternoon. They removed the trees without causing any damage to any structures of my neighbors nor mine. All debris was removed and the yard raked when they finished. I would highly recommend the company and will hire them when needed in the future,"
