"I called Edged in Stone for an estimate for a sprinkler system. He didn't show up the first day, because he was busy working on another job. It would have been fine if he had called to let me know, but he left me hanging. He called me the next morning, and apologized. We set up another appointment, which he couldn't make because he went home sick that day. Again, no phone call. I had to call the office to find that information out. When he did show up, it only took a minute to figure up some measurements for a bid. He made some notes, and told me he would draw up a bid and send it to me. After about a week, I had to call to find out where the bid was. He then hand delivered the bid that night, and i liked the way it looked. He assured me that it would be done in one day, which I really liked the sound of, so I told him he could get started at his soonest convenience. A couple days later, they got the job done super fast. They had to wait for me to get home to allow access to the garage, because that is where I wanted the control box. I could have been here to open the garage, but I didn't know exactly when they were going to start the job. They had to come back to move one sprinkler head because I didn't like where it was placed, and one of the guys acted like it was going to be a huge deal, but they did it. I did have to call one more time to have them show me how to adjust the heads. They did a really good job on the sprinkler system. It works great, and they were in and out like a pit crew. I was disappointed with the communication. It seems it takes a couple days and several phone calls to get any answers, but I was impressed with the quality of the work performed. Also, I had to go around and pick up a bunch of cigarette butts out of my yard, which was the reason for my low score on the professionalism."

"I provided Mr. Wiegman with my concept.  I could tell that he was envisioning the same plan as I was as I was describing and noting what I wanted.  The draft drawing of the project was exactly what I had envisioned.   Mr. Wiegman advised me of all of the pitfalls and concerns and what cautions and extra care he would be taking while working with the concrete.  He was honest and forthright.  The work started a week earlier than was scheduled.  Mr. Wiegman and his crew were on time every day and worked to accomplish this major project on time and within the estimated budget. My wife made a few changes and Mr. Wiegman worked them into the construction effortlessly.  This was a large concrete project for a residence and the two weeks of work was performed flawlessly.  We have a courtyard that fits all our needs and is beautiful. The finished project was beyond my expectations. We have already penciled Wiegman Concrete in for a new driveway next year!  I will recommend Wiegman Concrete to anyone who is in need of quality Concrete services."

"Came and tore out old concrete and was planning on finishing the job the next day, but because my old driveway had been so broken and cracked, the ground underneath was so wet it was almost mud. So they waited a week while the ground dried out. Then came and prepped the ground put gravel down and fully compacted it. Put rebar anchors in my existing slab and steps, and poured my new 6" slab. I needed a 6" slab because I occasionally park my semi truck in my driveway. Then they poured the new sidewalk to city code, and broom finished everything. They then put sealer on the whole job. Came back the next day to remove their forms and even back filled dirt to fill the gaps to my lawn. Then blocked the driveway so no one would accidentally drive on it for the next week while everything cured properly. Throughout my experience with this company, any and all questions or concerns that I had were answered promptly. The owner, Nick Jensen, was always available, and usually on site working right along with his employees. Excellent job, would hire them again."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
