We have had Burnett Windows & Siding replace all 22 of our windows, our siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Siding and our gutters with K-Guard Seamless guttering. I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company's with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. Burnett will let you get any of the work that you want done in phases to fit your budget. They don't try to strong arm you into doing it all at once. After getting the new windows and siding we don't really hear the strange noises from the airport or the train tracks in the middle of the night. We LOVE all the improvements that Burnett made for us. If you ever have a problem or question during or after the install, they are only a phone call away. The only one in the family that doesn't care for the new windows is our old cat. She sits in the window to bake in the sun, but no longer can feel the extra heat, so she is puzzled by where Mister Sunshine went.

He helped us with several projects - installing a basketball hoop, repairing a door inside our home, repairing and replacing a door on the exterior of our home, fixing a broken gate, installing new bathroom appliances, hanging a large mirror and more. "Fred was prompt with his communications and went out of his way to source the proper treated lumber and marine grade plywood. I only had to source the concrete deck blocks. He arrived on the predetermined day and finished around lunchtime where I inspected and paid for his time and materials."

"I have very mixed emotions about Grady. His price was fair and he started the work promptly. He worked diligently through harsh weather. The work he completed was very good. The problem is he did not complete the work and he did not clean up as agreed. We had worked with him very well and appreciated his knowledge and skill. Unfortunately, we paid him in full on his word he would return and finish. We have neither seen nor heard from him since. He did not complete second coats of paint where needed nor the caulking. He did not clean up and abandoned tools and equipment at our house. It was so abrupt I worried he was sick or hurt. It has been months with no word. I regret to say I am a very dissatisfied customer. I cannot say I would never use Grady again, but at any point in a project I would hold back whatever amount I thought it might cost to finish if he disappeared. That being said, I hope he's okay."
