"I would give Javier a 10 star rating out of 5 possible. First we hired him to paint the exterior of the house we were selling, this involved some repair of facia etc . Then we hired him to do the interior of the house we bought. Again excellent work. What sets him apart is his professionalism, always on time, work ethic, goes above and beyond, and his pleasant personality . Oh, and he does excellent work."

"The approximate cost was $1300. The guys were nice. But the paint job isn't holding up that well. From the wall were my alarm is when the wall gets touch the paint is coming off. I don't think they did do a primer. It's not holding up I can see were it needs to be touched up in hallway and the laundry room where they painted and same in the kitchen. They were kind of in a hurry so they didn't spend time on prep. That's the kind of comment I will make to future customer. It looks good but they don't do a lot of prep. There were areas that have to be touched up.  It's not even a full year yet. They kind of want to get in and out.  Initially he came in with a price. He verbally gave me quotes for each room and because I am a female. He went outside to his truck to come back with the final bill and it was 3 times than what he said for each room. I say to him I guess I have to give you a not so great review on Angie's List because the quote and the integrity of all that is part of why I use Angie's List. When I said that he called me back and said oh I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking. That wasn't the quote I wanted to give you. I am like oh my god if I hadn't said that this guy will be taking me to the cleaners. They were on time. They were professional."
