"Mr. Freeman went above and beyond what was in our contract. He reinstalled 4 roof flashings so water did not travel under the tile. He replaced approximately 3 broken field tiles. He sealed tiles and flashing were needed. Mr. Freeman came back two different times to fix 2 other leaks not related to his repairs at no charge. I would highly recommend!"

The crew completed the roof repairs in a timely manner. They were responsive to all of my questions. Both houses needed a great deal of work, and some items were inadvertantly missed. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. "The time to replace the old wood shake roof on our house had arrived. So, I checked Angie's List, Yelp, and talked to friends about reliable and professional roofers to install a new composition roof on our two-story house. I selected three roofing companies, including Cisco Roofing, to give price estimates and talk about their work. Cisco was the only company that actually went on top of the house to look at the work needed. The other two companies relied on Google Earth photos. Cisco was the only company to describe, in detail, how the job would go and options for us to consider, plus pointing out a couple of potential concerns that might need to be addressed along the way. We went with Cisco (each company used the same material preferences we wanted). Cisco was the lowest price and the most thorough. The roof tear-off crew were quick and professional, cleaning up all debris that inadvertently fell on the ground. The material supply company were also professional and hardworking. Cisco's crew did as professional job as I had hoped. The employees communicate well, have a strong work ethic, and seem to take a lot of pride in their job. Cisco is honest and ethical. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again."

"I contacted Brazil for estimate on a roof replacement from shake to tile. I provided enough specifics (included structural report) regarding what I wanted that they were able to come to the site, measure and then provide back an estimate with enough detail that I was able to compare the bid to competing offers. The bid was detailed and the price quote fair for the type and size of job. They were willing to sit down to go over the details, but since I was already very familiar with what the job would entail, this was not required. I went with another vendor who was able to provide a custom roof tile at a slightly lower overall bid, but again given the size of the job, differences in materials or type of instal methods used etc. most bids can't be compared as apples to apples. That said, all in all they were professional and courteous and the bid was fair. Size of job 50K+ <br />"

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."
