"My garage door was behaving erratically when I attempted to close it -- to the point where I had to manually assist' in the closing of the door.  Obviously, I needed to have it serviced.  I went to my 'go-to' site for a referral and discovered ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS on Angie's List.  The technician, David, arrived shortly after the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the door.  He swapped out the door rollers and even added addtitional brackets to better support the door rails. Before he left, he did additional little things to ensure a quieter garage door operation, as well as giving me tips on future maintenance.  Overall, a dream experience!  My garage door now works like it did on it's initial installation some 10 years ago.  Thanks David and thanks ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS !!

"On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!

"I could not have asked for a better team. They were friendly, professional and most importantly - punctual. They showed up at 8am and were done by 1 with a full entry door replacement and garden window replacement. Their work was outstanding. I was a little concerned with some tile we had around the garden window but they were able to cut the tile and put the new awning window in without any issues. "Company owner installed sliding, mirrored closet doors. He was personable, professional, and a passionate perfectionist. He directed his clean-up worker to clean up debris as he worked. Day two: Owner called and told me name and time that his bathroom tile worker would arrive. Tile guy was friendly, courteous, and invited my suggestions on the pattern layout of the tile. He installed new toilet and purchased an additional wax ring needed. He left floor polished & area clean. Day three: Owner brought over his electrician. He was friendly, explained his work as he completed. He too asked my opinion on placement of lights before install. I had purchased wrong dimmer switch & light bulbs. He purchased correct items and refused my offer to pay for them. He said, "I've already been paid." He checked wiring in adjoining rooms before he left. Owner returned to inspect all phases of work done. He was attentive to details and appeared driven to inspire quality work only(!) from his team."
